Today Sean and Stef grab a quick NYC breakfast, check out of the Four Points Sheraton Times Square and head to Pier 88, where the Carnival Horizon waits to take them on their Caribbean journey. Join Sean and Stef as they go through embarkation (getting on the ship), find their Havana Cabana stateroom, hunt for ship snacks, attend muster drill (life boat drill), sail away from NYC (the best sail away ever), enjoy dinner in the Main Dining Room and end the night with cocktails in the Havana Bar. What an amazing first day on a truly fantastic ship.

Talk about the best sea day ever! Join Sean and Stef as they enjoy a sea day on the beautiful Carnival Horizon! Today they enjoy breakfast in the Ocean Plaza, play PacMan Smash in the Warehouse arcade, then it's off to Cherry on Top for Ship Snacks. After the best ship snacks ever, it's off to the Havana Pool and Havana Bar for an amazing day of sunshine, great drinks, a fantastic pool and 2 spas and of course the best aft view ever. After all of that swimming it's time for lunch. Sean and Stef head over to the Ocean Plaza and sample some complementary BBQ from the Pig & Anchor. What better way to finish off a great lunch than with hand made milkshakes and cappuccinos from the JavaBlue Cafe. After that it's time to get ready for dinner. Sean and Stef have some pre-dinner cocktails at the unbelievable Alchemy Bar (seriously the best bar ever) and then a taste extravaganza that is dinner at the 555 Fahrenheit Steakhouse. After dinner it's a night cap at the Alchemy Bar and then off to bed. Dreaming of another amazing day on the stunning Carnival Horizon!

Today is the first port day on this Carnival Horizon cruise. After getting off the ship, Sean and Stef head out to explore what Grand Turk has to offer. And what better way to explore the island than with a golf cart? Yep! Watch Sean and Stef drive all around Grand Turk on a golf cart. Seana nd Stef visit the Grand Turk Lighthouse, see some wild horses and donkeys and get caught in a freak rain storm.

After a fun filled day in Grand Turk, it's back on to the Carnival Horizon for an afternoon of great food at Guy's Burger Joint and amazing cocktails & pool time in the Havana Bar. After a relaxing end to an amazing day, the Carnival Horizon pushes off from Grand Turk and it's once again night time on this amazing ship. Sean and Stef quickly get ready for the evening and start off the night with unbelievable drinks at the Alchemy Bar. After a round of fantastic craft cocktails it's off to dinner at the Italian restaurant Cucina Del Capitano. The Carnival Horizon has some truly fantastic specialty dining. The evening plans for an outdoor deck party were canceled due to rain so it's a nightcap at the Alchemy Bar. A perfect end to a perfect day aboard the beautiful Carnival Horizon.

Fun Day on the Fun Ship | Carnival Horizon Cruise Vlog Day 05

Today Sean and Stef take a ship day fun day and explore everything the beautiful Carnival Horizon has to offer. After amazing cappuccinos from the JavaBlue Cafe and a fantastic breakfast in the Ocean plaza, Sean and Stef head up to the sports court for some serious mini golf action at the Sky Greens. This isn't your typical cruise ship mini golf! It's on 2 decks! WHAT? Yep! After an amazing round of the funnest mini golf ever, Sean and Stef enjoy time in the Havana Bar and Havana pool. After the pool it's time for amazing milkshakes from the JavaBlue Cafe. Then it's off to the Warehouse arcade where Sean and Stef rematch from an earlier battle of Pacman Smash. After a grueling match in the arcade it's time to try the Skyride! Sean and Stef race around the Carnival Horizon on the fantastic Skyride. An amazing day on the Carnival Horizon deserves an amazing night. Sean and Stef start their evening with amazing custom cocktails at the Alchemy Bar and then off to JiJi Asian Kitchen for the most amazing dinner ever. After dinner it's a night cap at the Alchemy Bar and off to bed.

Hands on Chocolate Experience at Chocal | Carnival Horizon Cruise Vlog Day 06

Today the Carnival Horizon ports in Amber Cove, Dominican Republic, and for Sean and Stef it's all about giving back to the local community & helping out. Sean and Stef have signed up for the Chocal Hands on Chocolate Experience, high up in the mountains of Altamira. This is a Fathom Excursion, an amazing organization that Sean and Stef support 100%. Chocal is a chocolate factory run by 22 amazing women who wanted to earn an income without having to leave their families for days or weeks to look for work.

It takes 40 minutes to get from Amber Cove to the community of Altamira and the first stop is at a farm where Sean and Stef learn about cacao plant cultivation, prepare the organic soil and plant the cacao seeds for growth in the local nursery. Then Sean and Stef watched the process of germination, fermentation, drying and bagging the final cacao beans. Stef even got to taste a dried cacao bean which tasted remarkably like chocolate.

Once in the factory, Sean and Stef separate the chocolate from shells, sort good beans from bad, fill chocolate molds and sort bars into final packaging for sale around the Dominican Republic.

Sean and Stef have this to say about the Hands on Chocolate Experience "This was one of the greatest experiences of our lives. Thank you Carnival, Fathom and the wonderful women of Chocal!! This experience forever changed us for the better."

After a 40 minute bus ride back to the Carnival Horizon, Sean and Stef cool off in the Havana Pool, have dinner at the fantastic Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse including the unreal 'Art at Your Table' for desert, craft cocktails at the Alchemy Bar and end the evening at the 80's Rock N Glow Party.

What an incredible end to another unforgettable day on the beautiful Carnival Horizon.

It's a Sea Day on the Beautiful Carnival Horizon and Sean and Stef are excited to see what the ship has to offer! They start the day with Seaday Brunch followed by ship snacks at the Cherry on Top store. After loading up on the ship snack goodness it's off to the Carnival Multiplex for the Thrill Theater. Sean and Stef try the level 1 experience at the Carnival Thrill Theater. They retreat to the Horizon bar while they wait for their movie to start. After drinks in the atrium bar they head back to the Carnival Multiplex to experience their first IMAX movie at sea! After the IMAX movie it's time to head back to the cabin to get ready for formal night. After changing in the cabin it's off to pre-dinner cocktails at the amazing Alchemy Bar and then dinner at the unreal JiJi Asian Kitchen for the best meal ever. After dinner at JiJi, it's back to the Alchemy Bar for more fantastic craft cocktails. Sean and Stef continue their evening in the Liquid Lounge watching the unbelievable Celestial Strings. Formal night continues with the Electric White Night Party in the Atrium and a massive balloon drop. Finally a night cap at the Alchemy Bar and then it's off to bed, dreaming of another amazing sea day on board the Carnival Horizon.

It's the final sea day on the beautiful Carnival Horizon and Sean and Stef are determined to cram in as much fun as possible. They start with an amazing Seaday Brunch followed by pool and hot tub time in the stunning Havana Pool area. After the pool Sean and Stef relax in their Havana Cabana patio, complete with a beach swing and lounge chairs. Sean and Stef keep the fun going with High Tea in the Main Dining Room, complete with music from Impact, the violinists from Celestial Strings. After tea, it's time to visit the Alchemy Bar for fantastic craft cocktails. After drinks at the Alchemy Bar, Sean and Stef pack up their cabin and get ready for disembarkation. Dinner is at the Pig & Anchor where Sean and Stef try out amazing barbecue and unique cocktails. After dinner at the Pig & Anchor, Sean and Stef finish the night with cocktails at the Alchemy Bar where Stef finally tries an Old Fashioned. After saying goodbye to the most amazing crew ever it's off to bed for an incredibly early sail in.

It's Day 03 of their Carnival Breeze Cruise and Sean and Stef are in Amber Cove. After a quick breakfast, Sean and Stef meet the Carnival Shore Excursion crew in the Sapphire restaurant and leave the ship with their tour group. A quick 40 minute bus ride later and Sean and Stef arrive at the Outback Terracross Adventure in the Dominican Republic.

Sean and Stef's dune buggy adventures start off road, through towns, in small forests and more off roading. They take a short break where the Outback Safari Tour Guide climbs a tree and grabs fresh coconuts for the tour. After the best coconut ever, it's time for more dirty, dusty fun driving the dune buggy all over farm land and other remote areas. Lots of cattle and ranchers everywhere.

The second stop is at a small lake where you can swim or just chill. Sean and Stef opt to stay dry but get to sample the best mangoes on the planet.

After relaxing by the water it's time to jump back in the buggies for the last ride back to the Outback Safari Adventures. There Sean and Stef were given delicious drinks and cheered the tour guides. After the toast it's back on the bus to the Carnival Breeze at port in Amber Cove.

After their fun filled day at the Outback Terracross Adventure, Sean and Stef have pre-dinner cocktails at the unbelievable Alchemy Bar followed by the best Italian dinner ever at Cucina Del Capitano. After that it's a slow stroll through the ship and back to the cabin, ready for another day on board the amazing Carnival Breeze.

It's Day 04 on their Carnival Breeze Caribbean Cruise and Sean and Stef are in St. Thomas. After a quick breakfast in the Blush Restaurant, Sean and Stef head out to port in St. Thomas. They explore the port for a while and find themselves back on the ship. Once back on the Carnival Breeze, Sean and Stef decide to make it a "ship day fun day" and explore everything the Breeze has to offer.

Sean and Stef's Ship Day Fun Day starts with lunch at the Amazing Blue Iguana Cantina, which includes a stop at the Blue Iguana Tequila Bar for the most delicious drinks ever. A quick visit to the Red Frog Rum bar and then it's off to a secluded hot tub on the Lanai on Deck 5.

After the hot tub it's off to the Warehouse Arcade where Sean and Stef compete in an all out grudge match including such events as Lugi's Vacuum things, some random ball game, ghost busting, , skill crane games, cannon wielding pirates and of course the ultimate rivalry - PacMan Smash. Stef wins, obviously.

After the warehouse arcade it's time to change and go to their first ever Carnival Dive In Movie. First it's a stop at the Alchemy Bar for some truly amazing craft cocktails. After the best drinks on the planet, it's time for the Carnival Dive In Movie. Tonight's feature is Transylvania 3. Sean and Stef are watching a movie about cruising, while on a cruise ship cruising. That has to be an unlock achievement moment.

After the movie and popcorn on the pool deck it's time for dinner at the Fahrenheit Steakhouse. After an amazing dinner it's time for desert and that means the world famous Art at Your Table. It tastes as good as it looks!

After the best dinner ever it's time for a night cap at the Alchemy Bar.

A truly fantastic day on a truly fantastic ship. So much fun had on the Carnival Breeze.

It's Day 05 of their Carnival Breeze Caribbean Cruise and Sean and Stef are in San Juan. First a breakfast in the Lido Marketplace buffet and then off to San Juan to explore the beautiful city and find the gorgeous umbrellas of Fortaleza Street. After that it's delicious coffee at the Mallorca Restaurant and back to the Carnival Breeze.

After they return to the ship, Sean and Stef go to the Breeze bar and sample the Halloween Spooky Seasonal Creations. Sean ordered a Witches Brew and Stef ordered a Green Goblin. After the amazing Halloween cocktails, Sean and Stef head up to deck 10 for a quick lunch at Guy's Burger Joint. After lunch it's time to return to the cabin to get ready for the Carnival Frightfully Fun Halloween Party.

Once Sean and Stef put on their costumes, they go to the Alchemy Bar for fantastic pre-Halloween party cocktails. Then it's to the Atrium where Cruise Director Schwartz starts off the party. After dancing and cocktails it's back up to deck 10 for the Frightfully Fun costume contest. So much fun!

Quite possibly the most fun Halloween yet, Sean and Stef loved every minute of their day on the Carnival Breeze.

It's Day 06 of Sean and Stef's Carnival Breeze Cruise and today they port in Grand Turk. After a quick breakfast and delicious coffee at the Ocean Plaza, it's off to port for the Ultimate Snorkeling Adventure. After getting off the ship, Sean and Stef hop on to a boat for a several hour tour of Grand Turk. This tour includes two snorkel stops, the Horseshoe Reef and Round Cay.

After seeing some amazing reefs, a massive shelf and some gorgeous sea life, it's a 15 minute boat ride back to the beach and a leisurely stroll back to the Carnival Breeze.

After a fantastic day of snorkeling at the Ultimate Snorkeling Adventure, Sean and Stef head up to Deck 10 on the Carnival Breeze for some lunch. Today lunch is at the world famous Guy's Burger Joint for the best burgers on the planet.

After sailing away from Grand Turk and changing into dinner attire for the second elegant night of the cruise, it's off to Cucina Del Capitano for the best Italian food at sea!

What better way to finish an amazing meal than with equally amazing drinks at the Alchemy Bar. After the best cocktails ever, it's off to the Ovation Theater for Flick. A fantastic stage show that you just have to see.

After Flick it's off the Alchemy Bar for a night cap and then back down to the Breeze Atrium for a fun dance party. What a fantastic day on the Carnival Breeze!

It's Day 07 of their Carnival Breeze Caribbean Cruise and Sean and Stef are at sea, sailing back to Port Canaveral. Their final sea day on the Carnival Breeze starts with the world famous Carnival SeaDay Brunch.

After the best brunch ever, Sean and Stef visit the Alchemy Bar for amazing craft cocktails and trivia in the Ocean Plaza.

Sean and Stef then head back to their cabin where they pack up their belongings and get ready for the evening. Their last evening on the Carnival Breeze is at the Fahrenheit Steakhouse, an incredible specialty dining restaurant. After the best meal ever it's live music time in the Ocean Plaza and then back to the cabin for some great storm watching on their cove balcony.

A fantastic last day on a fantastic ship. Sean and Stef loved every second of their Caribbean cruise on the amazing Carnival Breeze.
